Vasily has more than two decades of experience in large-scale businesses and operating expertise. Previously, under his leadership was developed and implemented more than 230 Projects around the world, process flow diagrams and test development, test production at the fields, including but not limited to projects. The largest of the known deposits in Russia, for example at Somatlorskoe, Pokrovsky, Bobrovskoye Myldzhinskoye, Pravdinskoye. Dr Morozov has extensive practical experience in the field of supervision of developments in the harsh conditions of Siberia, Russian Far North, Ural-Volga region, Tomsk region, the West Siberian Plain. Dr Morozov’s mining engineering background is a strategic asset in Geosciences Data.

Mr Uzlov is an intellectual property expert and entrepreneur in the development of novel technologies. Victor has co-authored the concept of UPRAIL and TRIPORT, packaging the key elements of cost effectiveness, environmentally friendly, scalable and technologically sounds. He has unique skills in intellectual property commercialisation.

Ihar has more than three decades of extensive experience in the large-scale building projects in real estate Development Corporation in European market. Dr Dubatouka is an expert in the field of Engineering structures design, Construction technologies, Construction expert examination, Complex foundations design, PC-process solutions, High-rise buildings protection and Anti-terrorist security. Under his leadership has successfully managed and completed famous projects in Europe, including the biggest bus terminal in Europe and the building of National Library in Minsk as architectural heritage of UNESCO. Dr Dubatouka has co-authored the concept of UPRAIL and TRIPORT, and is the driving force behind the UPRAIL track structure.

As Company Secretary, Mr Mudaliar brings wide-ranging experience in continuous disclosure and corporate governance obligations for ASX listed companies plus internationally based listed companies. Mr Mudaliar is admitted to practise as a legal practitioner in the State of New South Wales, High Court of Australia and New Zealand, and is an unrestricted principal member of the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia.

Sergei has been involved in mineral beneficiation in Africa for the last 20 years. Areas of specialty include PGM, diamonds, copper, cobalt, tin, nickel and titanium. Dr Brukovskyi has partnered with Anglo American on a novel nickel, PGM and diamond enhancing projects and he is a member of JP Kruger and PGM Refinery (a member of JP group). He was one of the founders of Ecological Mineral Ore Separation (“EMOS PROJECT”) and was largely responsible for the chemical process in the development of PGM’s patented gas-phase technology in South Africa.
Dr Brukovskyi studied at Moscow Peoples Friendship University where he obtained his MSc in Chemistry (Honours) and MSc in Geology in Moscow Mining Institute. Sergei subsequently obtained his PhD in chemistry at the University of Purdue.

Sai has more than 10 years’ experience as a global entrepreneur, with interest in verticals relating to education, information technology, fleet management, renewable energy and the resources sector, including resources tenement development, acquisition and joint venture activities. Sai has proactive, personalised approach to business and his competitive spirit, coupled with great vigour and hard work has helped achieve numerous milestones but also resulted in creation of robust business ventures. Currently, Sai is the President of ASIA Operations and the local director of Adgex India Pvt Limited, subsidiary of Adgex Limited. He is responsible for developing business relationships and project management in ASIA relating to geoscience engineering, heavy machinery and technologies and eco-logistics including railway and port projects. Sai holds a Bachelor of Technology from India and Masters in Information Technology from University of Western Sydney, Australia.

Dr Vasily Morozov holds PhD in Technical Sciences, and ME in mining. Dr Morozov is responsible for Risk and Capital, Continuous Disclosure, Corporate Governance and Safety and Environment. He brings extensive experience in management and mining projects. He started his career in the area of "Technology and complex mechanization of oil and gas fields." He has previously held senior management positions including being the Managing Director of major leading companies in the industry, including public companies. He has undertaken extensive research and experience on the "Maintenance work on the development and implementation in production technologies to increase well productivity and enhanced oil recovery".
Under his leadership, more than 230 projects, process flow diagrams and test development, test production at the fields was developed and implemented at some of the largest of the known deposits around the world including at Somatlorskoe, Pokrovsky, Bobrovskoye Myldzhinskoye, Pravdinskoye and the Ural-Volga region, Tomsk region, the West Siberian Plain in Russian Federation. Dr Morozov has unique experience in field supervision and developments in the fields.
Between 2007 to 2012 he has led the effort to monitor subsurface "ZapSibNIIGG" namely, scientific and methodological support research bowels of the West Siberian region for exploration works, monitoring their development, a regional mineral resource policy to develop and implement programs for the development of the mineral resource base.
Dr Morozov has authored 13 scientific professional international publications, and has to his credit 17 international patents.

Mr Vladimir Rakichinskiy graduated from the Saint-Petersburg Mining University with Honors in the area of geological exploration in 1987. With a highly qualified career of Chief Specialist of Solid Minerals, Vladimir Rakichinskiy as a Expert perfectly complements the exploration engineering team's Competencies as it moves to implement services for company's target clients.
Early in his career during many years, Mr. Rakichinskiy engaged in automation, control and information support for drilling deep exploratory wells for oil and gas. He worked on an experimental automatic rig and was drilling wells to a depth of 4000 meters. On top of that, Mr. Rakichinskiy qualified in the development of monitoring stations drill, which used the most advanced computer technology. Mr. Rakichinskiy has extensive practical experience in the organization and implementation of activities of control and management of drilling in the harsh conditions of Siberia and the Russian Far North. During 10 years, he was working at JSC “Gazprom” on the largest gas fields - Urengoi, Polar, Yamburgskoye, Medvezh’e and other. He served as a Mining Engineer, Head of Departments, Chief Specialist of the company.
Later in his career, Mr. Rakichinskiy was organizing the development of corporate information systems for managing drilling operations for greatest oil and gas companies in Russia - Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft. For Gazprom company in the Eastern Siberia, he was involved in the creation of a regional laboratory which was working with petrophysical study of the core of deep exploration wells. In recent years he worked in the "West-Siberian Federal Research Institute of Geology and Geophysics", where he has controlled information support of the whole complex of geological exploration. The area of his scientific fields - applied computer technologies, forecasting abnormal situations and the prevention of accidents during the drilling of deep wells, including the use of artificial intelligence of neural networks.
Dr Andrey Fedorov

Andrey Fedorov has prodigious experience in design, development, manufacture of new types of industrial locomotives, and modernisation of obsolete types of railway transport. Prior to joining Adgex, Dr Fedorov held a number of senior technical positions at international industry, including Chief Designer of ZIL Military (Factory named after Likhachov) in 1996-2002, Chief Designer & Engineer of industrial locomotives of Siemens in 2002-2005. In 2005 Dr Fedorov found the Association of Mechanical Engineers and Designers, which he still leads. Dr Fedorov has extensive experience in anti-crisis management and has to his credit of being appointed as receiver and liquidator of one of the biggest manufacturing plants in Russia. Andrey holds Magistracy in Design Engineer Locomotives from the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT). As Doctor, he graduated with diploma of Ruhr University Bochum (Ruhr-Universität Bochum), Germany. He has implemented numerous large scale projects relating to machinery and the locomotive industry. In 2004, Dr Fedorov was awarded with international Diploma of «Best Innovative Project" in the line-up of trucks.

Alekxey Draganyuk is engaged in the construction of engines since 2000. Between 2006-2010 Mr Draganyuk was the head engineer and tester at the laboratory of technology and military shipbuilding. Alekxey has extensive experience in the environmental layout. Prior to joining Adgex Dr Alekxey Draganyuk held the position of navigator of warships. Mr Draganyuk holds Magistracy in degrees of military navigation and neurophysiology of eyesight from the Kiev Higher Military University and the Kharkov State University of Karazin. In June 2000 Alekxey completed practice of spectral analysis with application of holography.

Yury Rubnikov, who has recently joined the Adgex team, is a world-known expert in the development of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation areas. Mr Rybnikov holds Magistracy in Chemical technology of glass and ceramics from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. Yury has completed numerous advanced educational studies relating to scientific innovation from Ural Federal University. Prior to joining Adgex, Dr Yury Rubnilkov held the position of technical specialist at the EVROTON organisation as well as lecturer at the Moscow State Technical University of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation. He developed the equipment, technology and powder formulation on polymer composite coatings that provide unlimited effect on metal friction sliding. In 1985 he published his thesis on "Development of metal-polymer powders and the research of electret properties of the coating layer".
